We are in a moment of discontinuity, where the past is no longer helpful in understanding or predicting the future. A world of discontinuity means we must learn, collaborate, organize, and lead in profoundly new ways if we are to thrive.

All of the work I do is in service of resilient, adaptable, regenerative change. The world is too complex to believe we can control it, to believe that change is punctuated. Change is endlessly, ongoing. Change never ends and the sooner an organization recognizes that, the better. The patterns of relationships that exist in even the smallest organizations are nested in layers and layers of complexity, all of which is changing, always. The only way to account for a future that is radically unpredictable is to focus our organizational and leadership capabilities on how we adapt, on regeneration, and resilience.

We work together to determine what needs to change in order to achieve what you’ve set out to accomplish, and work on developing the capabilities to thrive in unpredictability. My approach, as with all of my services, is about challenging what we believe is possible and learning how to push the boundaries, so that we can work toward a fulfilling future where we thrive individually and collectively.

We work together, given the unique members of your team, on changing how we collaborate, support, and learn together, in service of collective purpose. The very best teams I’ve worked with spend an inordinate amount of time working on their teaming, it is one of the few truths I believe about how organizations work.
